ROZE BIO HEALTH TRADING LLC , is a UAE based Company, which collect data on our behalf for customers in the UAE. Your personal information will be referred to herein as personal data.

Delivery Policy

(rozebiohealth.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE)
1.1 We deliver products only within the UAE. If an order is mistakenly placed by customer for delivery outside the UAE without noticing the country/region at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery. In such cases, please contact us at [email protected].

1.2 We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, usually we deliver all the order in next day – cut-off 4:00 PM and same day – cut-off 12:00 PM but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Under the Next-day/Same-day delivery policy, orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be delivered after the holiday period or on the next available operational day.

1.3 Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may email [email protected] in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents (official invoice or receipt) delivered within the Product, upon request.

1.4 Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order or if you wish to arrange the delivery to an alternative delivery address.

1.5 If you are not available to take delivery or collection our courier partner will try to contact you for a re-delivery.

1.6 If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept the product from the courier we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) no longer make the product available for re-delivery and will notify you that we are immediately cancelling the your order, in which case we will refund to your credit or debit card the amount of the cancelled products.

1.8 Our delivery team will try to reschedule a delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1-2 days of after the first attempt of delivery. After 3 delivery tries we will be cancelling the order on our end.

Return & Exchange

We are happy to assist you and manage your requests for return and / or exchanges, offering a simple process if you are not 100% satisfied with you order.

RETURNS ARE EASY!

We say satisfaction guaranteed and we mean it! We will exchange your product or give you a refund for most items returned in good condition within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.

Just follow these steps for  return process:

General conditions are applicable to returns in order to qualify for a refund or exchange, whereby all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the order) must be returned to us within 7 days from the day you receive your items.

The following rules apply;

  • Items should be unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition, accompanied by their original order confirmation (order invoice)
  • Items must not have any damage
  • Items should be in their original packaging / box / dustcover and with all brand and product labels / tags and instructions still attached
  • Instruction manual / Warranty card /Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned with the item(s)
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return/exchange particular items ( General Terms & Conditions applicable)

If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with not working condition or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

Refund / Exchange Options;

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels – However, nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE Law.

Processing your Refund;

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Credit Card payment will be refunded to the Credit Card which the order was purchased. The refund back to the credit card will take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
